Every January, Council for the Homeless, its community partners, and volunteers come together to support our unhoused community members by facilitating a day of service. Volunteers, service providers, and community-based organizations come together in one location to offer free services that may otherwise be hard to come by.
This occurs the same day as the annual Point in Time Count (PIT), a nationwide effort used to inform local resource allocation and identify areas of need for housing and services related to homelessness.
